Blogging is a Job and Readers are a Raise

My blogging experience over the past two years has taught me some valuable lessons and given me great insight.

It can be (and for the serious blogger/writer, should be) considered a job. Accordingly, I need to approach it as such. That means I keep at it, even when I want to call in sick or take a personal day. I show up, I put in a good amount of time and effort. Lessons Learned (October 4, 2011)

1. It’s okay if the Yankees don’t win now and then.

2. The Yankees are, by far, the greatest team in Baseball.

3. Breakfast at Tiffany’s is still a great movie.

4. There are “friends” who use you and manipulate you, friends who need you more than you need them, friends who know what you need, and Friends who take care of you.
