      Thank you, William. It’s a family recipe; I can’t take credit for the photo though. But I’m certainly glad it will be in the new Cookbook!

    I saw you comment that the photo isn’t yours…. If it’s a friend that took it, mention to them to set the color-balance. If it’s adjusted to your lighting type, the picture will have a much richer story to tell.

    Found your website through your kickstarter post. I’ve ordered a couple cookbooks for my kids. They are just starting their lives on their own, and I think they will appreciate ideas for inexpensive, good food. I’m looking forward to seeing it myself.
