Enjoyed reading your newsletter and post today. The cupcakes look so fun! I do something similar with the skewers wth the fruit and mini marshmallows. I add them for height in fruit arrangements I made like the edible arrangements. I like to make my own (much cheaper) and you can have fun. The kids love it when I make blue jello stars and put them on skewers in the arrangment. (Do that when ready to serve). PS. If you ever can visit Colonial Williamsburg in VA someday, you would love to see them recite the declaration at the court house. They take down the british flag, recite it, and you join in the march with the fife /drum corp to “join” Washingtons army. I have been there 6 times and get chocked up each time.
That sounds like a wonderful experience, Winnie. I’ll add it to my Bucket List (along with visiting with you over coffee in Central Park!).

Since our family is not participating in fireworks this year, I decided to celebrate with them in a tastier, silent-kinda way … by making white chocolate fireworks to top these adorable cupcakes.
